Biography Kristin Hollung
I am Research Director at the department for «Food and Health» at Nofima since 2013. From 2002 – 2013 I worked as Senior Scientist in meat quality and proteomics at Nofima. The main focus areas at the department of “Food and Health” is within dietary fibre, bioactive lipids and phytochemicals from cereals, oilseed crops, fruits, berries and vegetables. I have a MSc in biotechnology (1992) and PhD in genetics (1997) from Biological Institute at the University of Oslo. I have also courses in management from BI (2006-9) and has participated in the NHO program “Female Future”. Previously, I have been a postdoc at Institute for Nutrition Research, University of Oslo (1997-2002).
