I am a research scientist at the Nutrition and Feed Technology group.

My scientific background is in nutrition, lipid metabolism and endocrinology in fish.

I have a PhD in obesity and adipose tissue biology with a special focus on the use of fish models such as zebrafish to study lipid metabolism.

My main research activities and interests cover a wide range of topics from omega-3 requirements and regulation of fat deposition in salmon, to development and application of cell cultures in fish research.
