Biografi Themistoklis Altintzoglou

Jeg forsker på forbrukeradferd, og har jobbe hos Nofima siden 2007. Jeg jobber med forbruker forskning og produkt/konseptutvikling og forbrukeroppfatninger relatert til mat. Jeg er spesielt interessert i å utvikle kunnskap om faktorer som påvirker forbrukerens oppfatninger av produkter/informasjon og adferd relatert til valg av mat. Jeg kombinerer flere metoder, deriblant eksperimentelle (eksperimenter, eye-tracking, ansiktsgjenkjenning), kvantitative (spørreskjema) og kvalitative (fokusgrupper, åpne spørsmål) metoder. Jeg har et PhD på forbrukerforskning relatert til produktutvikling (Tromsø, Norge), MSc med spesialisering på forbruker og sensorikk (Wageningen, Nederland) og BSc med spesialisering på ernæringsadferd (Thessaloniki, Hellas).
