Biografi Petter Vejle Andersen

-Jeg er stipendiat i prosjektet H2O-Monitor. Målet i prosjektet er å øke kunnskapen rundt mekanismene som styrer vannbindingsevne i kjøtt, i tillegg til å undersøke mulighetene for hurtigmåling av vannbindingsevne.

Jeg har Bachelor i Matteknologi fra HiST (nå NTNU) og Master i Matvitenskap fra NMBU.
