Biografi Øydis Ueland

Jeg har vært ansatt ved Nofima siden 1998 og er seniorforsker ved Avdeling for Mat og helse. Jeg har vært programleder i flere programperioder og bygget opp forbruker og sensorikkforskningen ved Nofima.
Innen forbrukerforskning er jeg er spesielt opptatt av risikooppfattelse knyttet til mat, samt hvordan alder og kjønn har betydning for de matvalgene man gjør.
Fra før er jeg utdannet ernæringsfysiolog ved Universitet i Oslo, og har en doktorgrad om forebygging av ulykker også fra UiO. Jeg har tidligere jobbet som forsker ved Folkehelseinstituttet.
