Biografi Hanne K. Mæhre

Jeg ble ansatt på Nofima i juni 2019, som postdoktor på prosjektet «SunnMat». Her skal jeg primært jobbe med helseeffekter av karbohydratinntak.
Grunnutdanningen min er innen næringsmiddelteknologi ved NTNU, mens mastergrad og doktorgrad ble gjennomført ved Norges fiskerihøgskole (NFH, UIT Norges arktiske universitet). Jeg har tidligere jobbet på Institutt for farmakologi og toksikologi (NTNU) 1993-94, Kriminalpolitisentralen (KRIPOS) 1995-96, Universitetssykehuset Nord-Norge 1996-2002 og NFH 2003-2019. Jeg har bred erfaring fra analysearbeid, spesielt protein- og lipidkjemi, men kan også en del om analyser innenfor medisin / fysiologi / inflammasjon / farmakologi. Min forskning de senere årene har i hovedsak dreid seg om «Sjømat og helse» og «Utnyttelse av marine ressurser som mat, fôr og ingredienser». Jeg har i tillegg undervist i «Matvaretrygghet» og andre bioteknologi-/fiskerirelaterte emner, samt veiledet på flere bachelor- og mastergradsoppgaver.
