Biografi Bjørg Narum

Jeg er senioringeniør i avdeling råvare og prosess (RoP), der jeg jobber i et team med hovedfokus på å optimere næringsmiddelprosesser ved hjelp av hurtige, pålitelige og ikke-destruktive spektroskopiske
metoder som kan forenkle hverdagen til norsk næringsmiddel- og fiskeindustri. Mange parametere kan måles samtidig, for eksempel bindevev, fett og fettsammensetning, vann, protein, karbohydrater,
farge og ferskhet. Dette gir unike muligheter for dokumentasjon, kvalitetssortering- og styring for optimal råvareutnyttelse. Ettersom teknikkene gir raske svar blir de også i økende grad benyttet til
prosessutvikling. Min ekspertise er innen Nær infrarød spektroskopi (NIRS), Fourier transform infrarød spektroskopi (FT-IR) og Raman-spektroskopi. I tillegg er jeg rådgiver med særlig vekt på
kommunikasjon og kunnskapsoverføring til norsk kjøttindustri.
