Documentation of food safety, quality, and positive health properties are part of modern food production, that is almost as important as the product's positive attributes. A Computerized Traceability System is now a necessary electronic tool that create added value to the product or is a necessary door opener, in a tough global competition. We have developed a web platform to communicate relevant tracking- and product information between business partners in the salmon production chain. Customers can access relevant information by logging in to the system.
