Biography Therese A. Hagtvedt

Focus area: working in the field of food safety with special focus on the food sector and HACCP systems for safe food. I am also part of some research teams in food safety. I have experience in leading several projects with courses and networks transferring knowledge from science to food industry. From 2002 to 2012 I have been national coordinator for a government project called The National network on local food. Education: I have a bachelor from a technical college in medical microbiology and further education in food microbiology, quality management and project managing.
