Biography Petter Vejle Andersen

I am a PhD-student in the project H2O-Monitor. The goal of this project is to accumulate new knowledge about what mechanisms are important for water holding capacity in meat. In addition, the project aims to investigate possibilities for rapid measurements of water holding capacity.
