I am a food scientist and work as an engineer at Nofima in Bergen in department Biolab, here I have worked since 2015.
I work with chemical laboratory analysis, quality control and method development. The sample material is mainly fishmeal, fish feed and vegetable raw materials (etc. beans and cereals).
I have worked in the food industry both in Finland and in Norway. In Tine SA dairy Bergen I worked as a laboratory worker.
In Finland I have worked as a customer advisor in SOK, S-Group, and as a project worker in MTT Agrifood Research Finland in 2010.
I hold a Master of Food Science, specialized in food and dairy technology, from the University of Helsinki in 2012.
In my thesis, I studied the chemical and sensory characteristics of Emmental cheeses that was made from milk that was homogenized and exposed to lipase enzyme.
