Biography André Løvaas
I am educated baker and work in subdivision Food and Health in Nofima’s own test bakery. Here my workday ranging from working towards Scientific projects on cereals to
help companies with product development, improvement and quality assurance.
In addition to research, I work a lot with knowledge transfer in the form of courses ranging from Diploma education for skilled bakers with experience from the industry, practical courses and baker
visit scheme for small-scale and local food producers.
As a baker I have long experience in the baking industry, I have worked in the milling industry and in addition to the job here at Nofima i work as a coach for The Norwegian National Team of Bakers.
