Quality food time in quarantine

Staying at home for an extended period of time can be difficult, and healthy eating can be extra challenging due to the more relaxed “weekend atmosphere”. But worry not, because the Edulia team are here to share TIPS on how to make quality food time whilst in quarantine.

In the EU project Edulia, led by Nofima, all the eleven Edulia ESRs have joined in to make a list of tips for Quality Food Time in Quarantine.

A summary of the tips is listed in a flyer, which is available in several languages, and extended information on the tips are available in blogposts.


Fakta om forskningsprosjektet

The programme forms part of the Marie Curie Training Network, funded by the EU through Horizon 2020. The organisations participating in the programme are all internationally recognised institutions:

Four universities: The University of Florence (Italy), Wageningen University & Research Centre (the Netherlands), Aarhus University (Denmark), and the University of the Republic (Uruguay). France’s INRA and Institut Paul Bocuse Research Centre will also be participating in addition to Nofima.

The following food producers will be participating: Tine, Arla, Samontana (Italy), Elior (France) and Diana (France).
