New director for Nofima Ingredients

Trond Mork Pedersen (47) has been appointed Director of Nofima Ingredients in Bergen.

Pedersen currently runs his own consultancy firm.

He has 20 years’ marine business activity experience, including Marine Farms, the herring meal industry and the ensilage industry. His roles have included research and development, sales and marketing and Managing Director.

Pedersen graduated from the former Norwegian College of Agricultural Engineering, where he specialised in economics and nutrition.

At Nofima Ingredients, he will have the responsibility of building up an effective research unit with the main focus on feed and nutrition, analytical services and utilisation of by-products.
