My job is to help communicate Nofima’s research results to the public. I help our researchers disseminate their results, and help journalists and others to find information they need from us. My responsibilities include communication strategies, web development, text and photo. By education, I majored in Ethnology from the University of Bergen, with emphasis on digital culture.
The project will increase consumers’ access to safe, healthy and convenient food through novel energy efficient processing techniques and improve utilization of raw material, by-products and waste, for which valorization strategies will be developed.
